Chris was raised in a Christian family. His interest in science, however, became the dominating passion in his life for many years. Chris was so absorbed in his science projects that his passion for God diminished significantly. Fortunately, God showed Chris that he was committing idolatry by placing his love for science before Chris’s love for God. Chris consequently gave his life to Christ, asking Christ to become Chris’s Savior and Lord. Chris also requested that God use his interest in performing research to serve God. Chris eventually discovered apologetics, which provided him with a means to engage in research to reach out to non-Christians and to equip his fellow Christians. He received his B.A. in English and Religious Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC). He is currently pursuing an M.A. in Religious Studies at UNCC and another M.A. in Christian Apologetics at Southern Evangelical Seminary.
